1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be informed in case of any significant delay.

2. Shipping Locations We currently ship across India. At this time, international shipping is not available.

3. Shipping Charges Standard Shipping Charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value. Free Shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional periods.

4. Estimated Delivery Time Delivery time depends on the customer’s location: Metro Cities: 3–5 business days Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or delivery fails due to customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
